Becoming a Marsh Creek Eagle is an easy, two-step process:

  1. Register online
    • Register here for Tackle, Cheer, and age 6-7 Cub/Travel Flag
      • The Travel Flag program is a Bux-Mont Flag program that includes travel to other locations
    • Register here for MCE 5-6 In-House Flag Program (NOT TRAVEL FLAG) which you can now payonline HERE after registering
      • The 5-6 Flag program is a Marsh Creek in-house program, and all games are played at MCE’s Fellowship Fields
  2. Attend one of the mandatory Uniform Sizing and Paperwork Drop Off Events
    • Sunday, March 12, 10am – 12pm @ The Bowling Palace, Downingtown
    • Sunday, April 2, 10am – 12pm @ The Bowling Palace, Downingtown
    • Wednesday, May 31, 6pm – 9pm @ The MCE Fieldhouse, Fellowship Fields
* Note: Full payment will be required via credit card at the time of registration. MCE does not want any child to miss out due to finances. If assistance is needed, please follow through with one of the financial assistance programs outlined below before registering so that we can provide you a personalized code to use at checkout.

2017 Registration Fees

Flag (Ages 5-6) $95 (NEW – Pay online with MCE Secure Payment Portal after registering)
Cub/Travel Flag (Age 7) $135
Tackle (Ages 5-13) $250
Cheer (Ages 5-13) $180

Family Maximum $500 (plus $55 jersey/uniform fee per additional participant)

Registration fees includes:

  • Flag: Players keep team T-shirt.
  • Cub/Travel Flag: Players keep personalized game jersey.
  • Tackle: Helmet, shoulder pads. Players keep personalized game jersey & socks. (For 2017, players will purchase pad-integrated game pants from MCE at a discount.)
  • Cheer: Uniform. Girls keep sneakers, bloomers, hair accessories.

Financial Assistance Programs
Marsh Creek offers two financial assistance programs.

  1. MCE provides limited financial assistance in years where donors have made unrestricted funds available to support families in need. MCE may assist families who have youth participating in the MCE football and cheer programs who can demonstrate a need for financial assistance. To apply, complete this application and email it to Brandon Noble by 6/15. If you have any questions regarding our financial assistance program, please email Brandon via the link above.
  2. You can also reduce costs or obtain a free registration by finding a sponsor for MCE. Please see our Sponsors page to learn about our Find A Sponsor program and an opportunity to reduce registration costs or obtain a free registration.

If you are interested in coaching in any capacity or being a team parent, please visit the Coaches Page for additional information. Applications are $14 to cover Pop Warner background check requirements. All applications for clearances must be submitted by June 1, 2017.
